Influencer Marketing Specialist

About the Team
Join the fast-moving global growth team focused on scaling Opera Browser across mobile markets. The team blends performance marketing, creative strategy, and data-driven decision-making in a highly collaborative and international environment.
Role & Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end creator partnerships, including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and long-term relationship management.
Lead content production with creators, translating Opera’s product strengths into high-performing short-form content for TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram Reels.
Drive creative direction by analyzing content performance and providing actionable input on hooks, scripts, and storytelling that improves engagement and installs.
Collaborate closely with Product and User Acquisition teams to align influencer messaging with product updates and regional growth initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance using key metrics such as CPI, ROI, and retention, and use insights to optimize creator selection and campaign strategy.
Job Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Creative Content Production,
Strong understanding of mobile app ecosystems and performance-driven user acquisition,
Hands-on experience in content production or creative analysis, with proven impact on improving content performance,
High proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, with the ability to analyze campaign data and build simple dashboards,
Excellent English communication skills, including negotiation with creators and presenting data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
