Algorithm Engineer - AdTech
Location: Singapore
We are looking for an Algorithm Engineer to drive the development of core machine learning models powering our advertising system. This role sits within a high-impact, cross-functional team working closely with data engineering and product to deliver scalable, real-time optimization solutions. You will take ownership of key components such as CTR/CVR prediction, ranking, and bidding, directly influencing revenue and campaign performance. The role offers the opportunity to tackle complex challenges in large-scale modeling and high-concurrency systems, while continuously improving ROI/ROAS outcomes. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys combining deep technical expertise with measurable business impact.
Role & Responsibilities:
Design and optimize core advertising algorithms, including CTR/CVR prediction, ranking, and bidding strategies
Develop and enhance large-scale machine learning models to improve campaign performance (ROI/ROAS)
Build and maintain end-to-end pipelines covering feature engineering, data processing, and model training
Optimize online inference systems to support high-concurrency real-time bidding (RTB) environments
Partner with data engineering and product teams to deploy, monitor, and iterate on production models
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in machine learning, data mining, or related areas
Strong foundation in machine learning/deep learning and solid programming skills
Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing frameworks
Background in advertising systems (CTR/CVR, ranking, DSP) or related domains is highly preferred
