Receptionist/ Office Assistant
Location: Wrocław (On-site)
We’re looking for a friendly, proactive and well-organized person who enjoys supporting others, juggling different tasks, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for employees and visitors alike.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact in our Wrocław office and a key support for our HR, Accounting and local teams. If you have a service-oriented mindset, feel comfortable handling multiple responsibilities, and like things to be well-organized, this role could be a great fit.
Role & Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for visitors, phone calls and deliveries, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment.
Support HR and Accounting teams with administrative tasks, including employee documentation and invoice handling.
Coordinate travel arrangements, business trips, meetings and team-building events.
Manage office operations such as calendars, supplies, equipment and cooperation with external vendors and service providers.
Liaise with the landlord and handle general administrative duties related to the day-to-day running of the office.
Job Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar administrative or office support role, ideally in an international or IT environment.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and stay effective in a dynamic, multitasking setting.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
Good computer skills and confidence in working with internal systems and office tools.
Fluency in both English and Polish, combined with a friendly, service-minded attitude.
