Principal Product Manager
Location: Wrocław (Hybrid)
As a Principal Product Manager at Opera, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our browser by defining, building, and scaling new products and services. Reporting directly to the Browser Executive, you will operate at the intersection of strategy, user insight, and execution, turning complex problems into impactful, user-centric solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on discovery, innovation, and measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities, validate ideas, and bring them to market. Beyond delivery, you will act as a thought leader, helping raise the bar for product management across the organization.
Role & Responsibilities:
Identify and validate new product opportunities, customer segments, and problem spaces aligned with Opera’s strategic goals.
Define product vision, roadmaps, success metrics, and investment cases for new initiatives from concept to scale.
Lead end-to-end discovery using qualitative and quantitative research, data analysis, and experimentation.
Translate user, market, and business insights into clear product requirements and compelling value propositions.
Support and oversee end-to-end delivery across key initiatives, ensuring strong execution and outcomes through direct ownership and collaboration with other Product Managers.
Act as a senior product leader by mentoring other Product Managers and representing Product in executive-level discussions.
Job Requirements:
Extensive experience in product management, including leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and launching successful products or services.
Proven track record of building and scaling consumer-facing or B2B digital products, ideally in fast-paced environments.
Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using data, metrics, and experiments to drive product decisions.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with confidence presenting to senior and executive stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in ambiguous, undefined spaces while providing clarity, direction, and structure for others.
