Marketing Manager - Gaming
Location: Poland (hybrid/remote)
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can take full executional ownership of both partnership campaigns and in-house initiatives, turning strategy into reality. In this role, you’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, drive timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure every campaign lands on-brief, on-time, and with measurable impact. You’ll be the operational force that makes big ideas actionable, keeps KPIs on track, and brings together Creative, Product, Paid, and Social to deliver truly standout launches.
Role & Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Ownership - Own and drive key partnership initiatives end-to-end: from ideation, negotiation, and internal validation to rollout and reporting. Manage all stages of the partnership lifecycle, ensuring alignment with brand goals and measurable outcomes.
Campaign Leadership & Execution - Lead multi-stakeholder campaign executions, coordinating Creative, Legal, Product, and Paid Media teams. Ensure timely delivery of assets, smooth communication across departments, and flawless execution under tight deadlines.
Analysis & Optimization - Run post-mortems, evaluate campaign performance, and deliver insights that strengthen future partnerships. Build processes and feedback loops for long-term optimization of partnership strategy.
Job Requirements:
Marketing Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on campaign execution, ideally within the gaming or tech industries.
Proven Campaign Success: A proven track record of successfully adapting and executing marketing campaigns.
Education and Skills: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent professional experience is also acceptable.
Fluency in English: Native or fluent in English (both written and spoken) is a must.
Project Management Skills: Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously, including the ability to analyze data and adjust campaigns as needed.
