Full-Stack Developer (Contractor)
Location: Wrocław (hybrid)
We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our OPCOM Team in Wrocław. You’ll work in a collaborative, cross-functional setup, contributing to both backend and frontend development while supporting DevOps and cloud infrastructure. The position offers a great opportunity to enhance CMS autonomy, reduce inter-team dependencies, and expand full-stack capabilities across projects.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Django-based backend applications, 
- Build and integrate frontend components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, aligned with the Design System and CMS, 
- Manage DevOps processes including deployment scripts, database migrations, and GitLab CI/CD, 
- Monitor applications using tools like Sentry and contribute to infrastructure management (AWS/Terraform), 
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handovers, optimize workflows, and maintain code quality. 
Job Requirements:
- Around 2-4 years of proven experience with Python (3.x) and Django framework, 
- Strong skills in frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript), 
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Git, 
- Familiarity with cloud and infrastructure tools (AWS, Terraform), 
- Understanding of CMS (Wagtail), caching (Varnish), and monitoring tools (Sentry) is a plus.
