Full-Stack Developer (Contractor)
Location: Wrocław (hybrid)
We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our OPCOM Team in Wrocław. You’ll work in a collaborative, cross-functional setup, contributing to both backend and frontend development while supporting DevOps and cloud infrastructure. The position offers a great opportunity to enhance CMS autonomy, reduce inter-team dependencies, and expand full-stack capabilities across projects.
Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Django-based backend applications,
Build and integrate frontend components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, aligned with the Design System and CMS,
Manage DevOps processes including deployment scripts, database migrations, and GitLab CI/CD,
Monitor applications using tools like Sentry and contribute to infrastructure management (AWS/Terraform),
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handovers, optimize workflows, and maintain code quality.
Job Requirements:
Around 2-4 years of proven experience with Python (3.x) and Django framework,
Strong skills in frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript),
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Git,
Familiarity with cloud and infrastructure tools (AWS, Terraform),
Understanding of CMS (Wagtail), caching (Varnish), and monitoring tools (Sentry) is a plus.
