About the Job
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Product Marketing Intern to join our Opera mobile marketing team. As a Product Marketing Intern, you will work closely with our Opera Mobile product team and marketing team to drive the success of our Opera Mobile browser through effective product marketing strategies. This internship position will provide valuable hands-on experience in the fast-paced tech industry.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation of engaging marketing materials to effectively communicate product benefits and unique selling points.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance metrics of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support in managing App Store listings for Opera Mobile on various platforms, including Android, iOS, and OEM stores.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to stay informed about product updates, features, and improvements, and translate these into compelling marketing messages.
- Support the planning and execution of disruptive marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention, utilizing various channels and techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, social media, and PR, to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless user experience.
- Contribute to lifecycle marketing management and feature adoption initiatives, driving user activation, engagement, and long-term retention.
Job Requirements:
- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on marketing experience (internships, full-time, or relevant projects) with proven contributions to campaigns or initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to craft clear, persuasive, and engaging marketing messages.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a track record of taking ownership and driving projects forward.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas and insights to marketing campaigns and team discussions.
- Comfortable with data collection and basic performance analysis to inform decision-making.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels (campaign management, social media, content creation, SEO/SEM, or CRM tools) is strongly preferred.
