Public Relations Intern
Location: Oslo, Norway or Wrocław, Poland (hybrid) 
This is a paid, full-time internship opportunity. 
 
Join Opera’s Global PR team as a Public Relations Intern and support the planning and execution of high-impact events like Opera Browser Days and key campaigns around our products. You’ll work closely with a dynamic, international team and help ensure our operations run smoothly, vendors are aligned, reports are delivered, and our communications are sharp and on-point. If you thrive on structure, enjoy working with Excel, and are excited about AI tools and browser technologies - this role might be for you.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Support planning and logistics for Opera events and other initiatives, manage vendor communication across countries, and track budgets, invoices, and deadlines,
- Build and update reports in Excel/Google Sheets, prepare QBR decks, and ensure smooth documentation and reporting processes,
- Track, summarize, and analyze media coverage and sentiment in key markets,
- Draft and edit content (press releases, blogs, Q&As) and collaborate with internal teams on campaign execution,
- Create layouts for presentations and documents using Canva or Figma.
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in English (C1+),
- Strong Excel & Google Sheets skills (you enjoy organizing, reporting, and working with numbers),
- Experience using AI tools in studies, work, or projects - and curiosity to explore more,
- Strong organizational mindset with attention to detail and a love of checklists, reports, and structure,
- Interest in browsers, tech innovation, and digital trends,
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure and in fast-changing situations.
An Ideal Candidate’s Profile:
- Familiarity with Canva or Figma,
- Additional language skills,
- Experience coordinating with international teams or vendors,
- Comfortable with occasional travel and flexible time zones.
