User Acquisition Manager
We are seeking a User Acquisition Manager to drive global user growth through paid marketing channels within our AdTech function. This role focuses on executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok. You will work closely with creative, data, and product teams to continuously improve campaign efficiency and scale acquisition efforts. The position requires a strong analytical mindset and hands-on execution to deliver measurable results. This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about performance marketing and scaling user acquisition in a fast-paced environment.
Role & Responsibilities:
Own and execute global user acquisition strategies across paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
Manage and optimize campaign performance, improving metrics such as CPI, CPA, and ROAS
Analyze campaign data to identify insights and continuously improve performance
Collaborate with creative teams to develop and iterate high-performing ad creatives
Explore and test new channels and strategies to scale user acquisition
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in user acquisition or performance marketing
Hands-on experience with major advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Results-driven mindset with strong execution and ownership
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
