Join a growing marketing team focused on driving local social media campaigns across various markets. This role offers hands-on experience in content creation and campaign support. You'll work alongside other interns and support an expanding team that includes roles in social media management and content creation.
Role & Responsibilities:
Localize and adapt global social media content for the German desktop and mobile audience
Ensure content aligns with local culture, language, and brand voice
Schedule and publish posts across relevant platforms
Support campaign execution with local insights and creative input
Monitor trends and audience feedback in the German market
Share market insights to inform future content strategy and engagement efforts
Job Requirements:
Must-have:
Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends
Experience in content creation (text, visuals, short-form video) and basic video editing
Ability to analyze KPIs and performance metrics to optimize content
Fluent in German
Nice to have:
Portfolio or personal social media account showcasing creative work
Basic design skills are a plus
Polish language skills

Background in marketing, communications, or digital media
Has worked in or is familiar with tech firms with strong social media presence
Recently graduated or in the early stages of their career
Brings a creative mindset, stays up to date with trends, and understands audience engagement
