Advertising Sales Director - Search Demand (New Business)
Location: Barcelona, Wroclaw or Warsaw
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Advertising Sales Director to join our team. This is a hands-on, direct sales role focused on monetizing our proprietary inventories through various ad placements and strategic partner integrations. The emphasis is on generating and scaling search demand (SD) and performance-based monetisation opportunities across our global PC browser ecosystem.
You must bring proven expertise in the search advertising domain and a robust global network of demand-side relationships, especially with search buyers. Your knowledge and connections will be critical in building and executing go-to-market plans to attract new revenue streams and unlock high-value partnerships.
This is a key commercial role with high visibility, designed to accelerate our browser monetisation globally by partnering with top-tier advertisers and agencies, optimizing revenue strategies, and driving sustainable growth.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital media sales, with a strong focus on search advertising, performance marketing, and demand-side partnerships.
- Proven track record of building and managing strategic relationships with search buyers, direct advertisers, and Tier 1 agencies, including existing warm introductions.
- Deep knowledge of the global digital advertising ecosystem, particularly in search demand acquisition, programmatic, and performance channels.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize monetisation strategies for revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, proactive approach, comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and willing to travel internationally.
