Join Opera’s Mobile Marketing team as an Influencer Marketing Intern and support creative influencer campaigns across international markets. You’ll independently review influencer content, assist with pre-selections, manage deadlines, and keep campaign tracking up to date.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, influencer marketing, and tech. You'll combine creativity with data, work in a fast-paced, international environment, and gain hands-on experience while collaborating with a supportive team.
Role & Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with influencers in assigned target markets by reviewing video content and scripts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign goals,
Support influencer relationship management to maintain productive, long-term partnerships that drive engagement and performance,
Evaluate creative performance of influencer campaigns, contributing to the development of detailed briefings and updates to strategic direction based on insights and campaign outcomes,
Assist in analyzing campaign performance metrics, with a focus on creative effectiveness, to optimize future campaign executions,
Support performance analysis based on internal reports, with particular attention to key user acquisition KPIs such as cost per install and conversion rates.
Job Requirements:
Experience in influencer marketing and social media/community management (e.g., Discord), with a strong understanding of the tech and app landscape,
Analytical mindset with confidence in working with performance metrics; mobile advertising experience is a plus,
Excellent communication skills, including agency coordination and problem-solving in dynamic environments,
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member,
Adaptable, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, innovative setting.
An Ideal Candidate’s Profile:
Holds a background in marketing, communications, or related fields, with relevant internships or early career experience in social media management, performance marketing (especially ad setup), or content creation,
Has prior exposure to influencer marketing, either directly or indirectly, and demonstrates strong creative instincts combined with data awareness,Comes from a dynamic, international environment,
Speaks fluent English and ideally one or more additional languages (e.g., Polish, German, French, Italian, or Turkish), reflecting our multi-market focus,
Is proactive, ambitious, and eager to take on responsibility - someone who’s looking for a long-term opportunity to grow and thrive in a fast-paced, global team.
