Junior Partnership Manager

We are looking for a proactive and collaborative Junior Partnership Manager to join our dynamic commercial operations team. In this role, you will act as the key liaison between internal stakeholders, including Account Management, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure the seamless execution of commercial initiatives. You will support revenue growth efforts, manage cross-functional project timelines, and help bridge operational execution with partner relationship management. Role & Responsibilities:
Act as the liaison between Account Managers, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to coordinate contract execution and partner workflows.
Support internal commercial processes including documentation, approvals, and revenue tracking.
Manage the planning and execution of commercial projects, ensuring timely delivery and follow-through on action items.
Coordinate deliverables across cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, and Operations.
Analyze data to generate insights, performance reports, and support commercial decision-making.
Identify revenue growth opportunities within existing accounts and support initiatives to optimize partner performance.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in commercial operations, project coordination, or account support roles.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to navigate complex internal processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and understanding of product landscapes (browsers, mobile apps, Adtech).
Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly convey information across diverse teams.
An Ideal Candidate’s Profile:
Proficiency in Looker or similar data tracking tools.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
