Junior Account Manager - AdTech
We are looking for a proactive and collaborative Junior Account Manager to join our dynamic commercial operations team. In this role, you will act as the key liaison between internal stakeholders including Account Management, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure the seamless execution of AdTech-related commercial initiatives. You will support programmatic revenue growth efforts, manage cross-functional project timelines, and help bridge operational execution with demand/supply-side platform partners. Role & Responsibilities:
- Act as the liaison between Account Managers, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to coordinate AdTech-focused campaigns, contract execution, and partner workflows.
- Support internal commercial processes including documentation, approvals, and RTB revenue tracking.
- Manage the planning and execution of commercial AdTech projects, ensuring timely delivery and follow-through on action items.
- Coordinate deliverables across cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, and Advertising Operations.
- Analyze campaign and RTB performance data to generate insights, reports, and support commercial decision-making.
- Identify revenue growth opportunities within existing accounts and support initiatives to optimize programmatic demand and supply performance.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in AdTech operations, programmatic media, or commercial project coordination.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to navigate complex internal processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising (RTB), SSPs, DSPs, and digital advertising platforms.
- Strong understanding of AdTech product landscapes such as browsers, mobile apps, and monetization strategies.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly convey information across diverse teams.
An Ideal Candidate’s Profile:
- Proficiency in Looker, Google Ad Manager, or similar analytics and ad serving tools.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Interest in or exposure to media buying, monetization, or RTB optimization is a plus.
