Web Development Intern
Location: Wrocław
This is a part-time paid internship role (flexible hours to fit your academic schedule). Will not consider relocation or remote locations.
About the job
We're looking for a Web Development Intern to join our Wrocław office and support a unique, cross-functional initiative between our Marketing, Design, and Engineering teams. This internship is ideal for a student or early-career web enthusiast eager to gain experience by working on real products used by millions of users around the world.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining and implementing theme content for the Opera One browser, taking files from creative teams and assembling them into themed packages users love.
Role & Responsibilities:
Create new browser themes based on specifications provided by our marketing and design teams.
Maintain and update existing themes with new resources such as images, music, and sound files.
Organize assets into correct folders and formats to ensure compatibility with our internal systems.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including marketing managers, visual designers, and developers.
Ensure all theme content is implemented accurately and is consistent with Opera’s brand.
An Ideal Candidate’s Profile:
You’ve built a website before (during school or independently).
You have a basic understanding of HTML and JavaScript.
You’re comfortable working with files, folders, and organizing digital assets.
You’re detail-oriented and can handle feedback from different teams.
You’re a team player who enjoys collaborating across departments.
You have strong written and verbal English skills (Polish is a plus!).
