Programmatic Yield Manager

Join Our Mobile Monetisation Team to Power the Future of Programmatic Advertising! We are seeking a Programmatic Yield Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment to help us scale our rapidly growing advertising business. In this critical role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Analytics, and Ad Operations to optimise ad delivery, maximise revenue, and innovate our monetisation strategies. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to dive deep into mobile programmatic advertising, working with a portfolio that spans Opera Ads, Google Ad Manager, AdMob, AdSense, and other major platforms.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and optimise ad configurations across multiple programmatic demand sources to maximise revenue.
- Troubleshoot delivery and performance issues with internal teams and external DSP partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current demand partners and evaluate new ones.
- Identify and develop new revenue streams using ad technologies, partner integrations, and ad formats.
- Run A/B tests to inform yield optimisation and platform changes.
- Collaborate with analytics to ensure reporting accuracy and insight generation.
- Share performance trends and monetisation insights with executive and cross-functional teams.
- Support technical configurations within proprietary and third-party ad tech platforms.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in mobile in-app monetisation and programmatic advertising.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager, AdMob, and AdSense.
- Deep understanding of programmatic ecosystems, RTB, and ad server architecture.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, able to translate complex topics for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable interacting with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- A strategic thinker with strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
An Ideal Candidate’s Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven ability to identify yield optimisation opportunities and implement data-driven solutions.
- Passion for mobile advertising, data, and constant improvement.
