Are you passionate about Social Media and the modern way of communicating with global audiences through X,TikTok, Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and storytelling? Are you curious about the world of Web3 and passionate about new technologies? Do you have experience in building social media channels from the ground up and want to take your know-how to the tech space? Then you’re the right fit for the MiniPay Marketing Team to work on our Social Media.
As a Social Media intern, you will be closely working with our Product Marketing ,Communication and product team to support content creation for MiniPay’s social media channels on a global scale. We are looking for someone who is creative, proactive, well organized, and able to multitask. You will be an important part of managing MiniPay’s community of over 50,000 worldwide and maintaining customer relations with our users worldwide as well as engaging and growing MiniPay’s social media community . You’ll also provide feedback to our product teams based on user sentiment, helping to shape MiniPay’s future and amplify its story worldwide.

Role & Responsibilities:
Create compelling & engaging content tailored to the local and global audiences across all of MiniPay’s social media accounts.
Launch and grow online communities from the ground up, keeping a pulse on user feedback and sentiment.
Collaborate with the Social Media and Product Marketing teams to plan and execute marketing initiatives, including influencer partnerships.
Drive, measure and report on community growth and engagement from social media. Provide reports on feedback and sentiment.
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends best practices, trends and technologies to advise on the company’s social media strategy.
Ensuring day-to-day positive brand perception by providing customer support and delivering structured feedback to product teams.
Providing customized reports on social media performance including competitive analysis insight and supporting social media campaign analysis
Job Requirements:
Interest and passion for Social Media is a must.
Comfortable creating video content, going live, or representing the brand visually on social platforms.
Excellent written and communication skills in English (English CV is required here) an additional language is a plus.
Knowledge of Social Media platforms such as TikTok, X, Instagram, YouTube & Facebook.
Insights into the Social Media space & web 3 and diverse cultural trends.
Hands-on experience building communities and brand presence on TikTok, X, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
Ability to create and edit compelling videos for social media platforms
Good at time management
Detail-oriented and enthusiastic.
Data analysis skills with proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
Motivation to start projects, work independently and drive projects forward.
An Ideal Candidate’s Profile:
Chronically online and plugged into current social media and community trends
Previous experience in comms/marketing/SoMe blogging is a plus.
Knowledge of setting up paid campaigns on Social Media is a plus.
Previous experience of creating a content strategy incl. short form video content and memes is a plus.
