As a Ad Traffic and Quality Specialist you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the quality of both demand and supply within our platform. Your primary focus will be to prevent fraud, detect anomalies, and implement measures to enhance the overall efficiency of our bid stream. You will collaborate closely with our operations, data, and engineering teams to enforce quality standards, manage risk, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Role & Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze bid streams to detect and prevent IVT, ad fraud, and policy violations.
Evaluate publisher inventory to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., IAB, TAG) and prevent low-quality or fraudulent supply.
Assess DSP traffic and demand sources to ensure compliance with platform policies and detect any suspicious buying patterns.
Work with fraud detection tools (e.g., MOAT, IAS, HUMAN, DoubleVerify) to identify and mitigate invalid traffic.
Leverage data analytics to generate insights on traffic quality and propose solutions to improve bid efficiency.
Ensure adherence to industry standards and internal guidelines for supply and demand quality.
Work closely with account management, product, and engineering teams to implement necessary changes and educate partners on best practices.
Working closely with our programmatic and engineering team to troubleshoot/resolve technical quality issues and provide the most optimal view and support to our partners.
Pull reporting, run analysis of data and provide insights to internal groups and partners based on findings
Analyze performance of partners and develop quality strategies which leads to increased spend.
Job Requirements:
5+ years of experience in ad tech, preferably in a quality assurance, fraud prevention, or ad operations role within an SSP, DSP, or ad exchange.
Strong understanding with open auction bid streams, OpenRTB protocols, and traffic verification tools.
Strong ability to analyze large datasets, detect patterns, and make data-driven recommendations.
Knowledge of IVT detection methodologies, brand safety, and compliance frameworks (e.g., TAG, IAB, MRC).
Proactive approach in identifying and resolving traffic quality issues.
Ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with fraud detection platforms (e.g., IAS, MOAT, HUMAN, DoubleVerify), SQL, and data visualization tools is a plus.
