We’re looking for a creative and versatile Digital designer who can bring our brand to life across marketing channels and social media. You’ll collaborate with product and marketing to craft compelling visuals, motion graphics, and digital experiences that resonate with our audience. Role & Responsibilities

Campaign Design & Execution
Conceptualize and produce engaging visual and motion graphics for multi-channel marketing campaigns (including social, display ads, video, landing pages).
Develop content specifically tailored for the latest social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts), staying up-to-date on platform trends and best practices.
Ensure all creative deliverables meet brand standards and campaign objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product, marketing and the creative team to align creative concepts with overall brand messaging and product goals.
Translate product features and benefits into visually compelling narratives that drive user engagement.

Collaboration and delivery
Work within coordinated design project timelines, manage deliverables, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
Maintain quality standards while juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Brand & Visual Identity
Support the continued evolution of Opera Mini/ MiniPay visual identity, ensuring brand consistency across various touchpoints.
Develop and maintain design guidelines that uphold a cohesive, high-quality brand look and feel.

Creative Innovation
Stay current with emerging design, motion graphics, and social media trends to keep our campaigns fresh and innovative.
Bring new ideas to the table to continually improve the impact of Opera Air’s marketing and brand storytelling.
Job Requirements
Experience: 2-4 years in digital and motion design or related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand, marketing and social media work.
Portfolio: Showcasing various projects, including brand manuals, campaigns, visual strategies, posters and ads, digital products a plus.

Technical Proficiency:
Highly experienced with Figma, for design and prototyping and streamlined collaboration across teams.
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop) or similar tools for motion and graphic design.
Organizational Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Passion for Mindfulness: Genuine enthusiasm for creating visuals that promote a balanced and mindful digital lifestyle.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Versatile creator: Skilled in both static and motion design, comfortable adapting content for various platforms (web, social, email).
Social media savvy: Understands how to craft content for evolving social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts) to maximize engagement.
