Account Executive, Gaming
Location: This role can be based in Barcelona, Wroclaw or Warsaw.
We seek a proactive and dynamic Account Executive specializing on development of the new business opportunities in the gaming sector to expand our market share and enhance our commercial presence. This role is ideal for someone with a robust understanding of the digital advertising ecosystems, particularly in gaming, and a proven track record of driving growth and establishing strong industry partnerships. Role and Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth and expand the company's footprint in the gaming industry.
- Develop and execute business development strategy/sales:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify target advertisers and establish key industry trends.
- Define target market segments and develop tailored acquisition plans.
- Set revenue goals and monitor progress toward targets.
- Close deals and manage client relationships:
- Negotiate and close contracts with new and existing advertisers.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the gaming industry.
- Track and manage client performance, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders from cross-functional teams:
- Work closely with finance, marketing, and sales teams to align strategies.
- Provide input on new gaming product features and enhancements.
- Participate in new product development:
- Identify market opportunities and develop new products or services that meet industry needs.
- Conduct user research and provide feedback on product design and functionality.
- Collaborate with product teams to bring new products to market.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices:
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and gather insights.
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmark against industry leaders.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and their impact on the gaming industry.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or a similar role in the gaming industry, preferably related to gaming advertising.
- Existing solid network and connections within the gaming industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business development targets and driving growth through strategic partnerships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Extensive expertise and experience within the gaming advertising field.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Willingness to travel and attend client meetings and industry events.
- Fluent in English.
