As the GX.games web team, we’re looking for a Product Designer to join our creative and diverse product team. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving the visual language and quality when designing for both players and game developers. As a product team, we thrive on trying new things and learning along the way, embracing discovery and flexibility as part of our daily rhythm.
Role & Responsibilities:
Design and iterate on product features across web and native desktop.
Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to bring products to life.
Stay informed on current industry trends and technologies, and how they can be incorporated into our design practices
Job Requirements:
Proficiency in creating visually compelling website designs with a strong understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and layout.
Proficiency in Figma and design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
A solid understanding of UI design principles and the ability to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
Familiarity with developing and maintaining brand identities, including logo design, brand guidelines, and visual consistency across various platforms.
A problem-solving mindset with the ability to apply design thinking methodologies to develop innovative and user-centered solutions.
Genuine interest in game developers or creativities that want to make a living of their creative work online
Understanding of user research, wireframing, and usability testing methodologies is a plus.
