Senior Automation QA

Location: Wroclaw or remote in Poland

We are looking for senior engineers that have expertise in e-commerce systems or similar. Because we need to grow fast, you will have a real influence on the architecture and the way we are scaling.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Producing performing, reliable and maintainable code implementing test automation scripts and/or frameworks,
  • Preparation of component/integration/end-to-end test scenarios for unreleased features and changes,
  • Working with a team to develop, execute tests and establish quality goals,
  • Documenting, tracking and reproducing product shortcomings in JIRA,
  • Understanding the product, planned changes and the ecosystem it is used in,
  • Setup and configure test environments


      Job Requirements:

      • Experience testing backend services such as APIs, databases, distributed services (non-monolithic),
      • Good knowledge of Java, nice to have: JavaScript (TypeScript),
      • Scripting ability using Python and/or Bash is a plus,
      • Good understanding of QA best practices in CI/CD processes,
      • Fluent in English, both written and spoken,
      • Bonus points for knowledge of the e-commerce domain


      Nice to have:

      • Experience with testing Spring Boot applications,
      • Experience in contract testing,
      • Experience in performance testing,
      • Experience in working with GitLab CI,
