We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern to join the Opera Desktop Performance Marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate creative production for Performance working closely with channel managers and the internal creative team.
  • Document and socialize performance marketing activities like A/B tests, working closely with channel managers.
  • Monitor analytics dashboards and key reporting tools and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree and 1 - 2 years of Marketing Management or Marketing Project management experience, with focus on performance marketing of digital consumer products.
  • Understanding web analytics and experience in running A/B testing
  • Experience in advertising platforms is a plus
  • Experience in a high growth consumer-oriented startup a plus
  • Ability to create well-structured and understandable documentation
  • Proven ability to successfully develop and execute major multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Proactive, positive, open attitude and willingness to help people
