We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive the growth of the Opera One user base. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and data-driven decision-making skills. As the Product Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying product market fit, devising impactful marketing strategies, and increasing product engagement rates.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches for Opera Desktop to ensure the proper presentation of the new feature and external coverage
  • Craft comprehensive product & creative briefings for other Marketing teams (PR, Creative, SoMe, Performance marketing) to create optimal creative marketing assets.
  • Review key KPI dashboards, formulate insightful hypotheses, and set data-driven measures of success for every project
  • Align cross-functional teams on strategy and project prioritization. Actively drive collaboration across a range of partner teams in order to build, refine, communicate, and scale new products and features and new messaging approaches.
  • Own website content and together with the website and performance marketing teams create landing pages that convert, continuously run A/B testing, and improve the landing pages
  • Work closely with the BD team to create custom browser solutions & funnels for partners
  • Own quarterly brand tracker for flagship browsers (MB/DT)
  • Support other members of the marketing team on cross-promo activities, audience segmentation, and wherever needed

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of work experience in Product Marketing in a B2C tech/software company
  • Strong project management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects at different stages at the same time. Aptitude for prioritizing tasks and responsibilities across projects.
  • Strong strategic and entrepreneurial mindset and ability to align marketing strategies with user needs.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability to market changes.
  • Experience in cross-functional work, collaborating with different teams, both in Marketing and Product and engineering
  • Passion for technology (browsers, AI, etc.)
  • Curious, with a growth mindset, you love learning new stuff (super important)
