Job description:

We are looking for a new talented and passionate team member to join our Product Marketing team to work with our consumer browser products. As a Product Marketing Manager you will have a key role working with the entire lifecycle of one of our browsers, which are used by more than 300 million people across the world. This is a global role, so you will be responsible for helping market our products worldwide.

We are offering an exciting role in an international marketing team based in Wrocław and Oslo. We are a small team, so your impact on the way our products are perceived around the world will be big. You will be working in a beautiful and modern office, at our R&D center in Wrocław. You will be reporting directly to the VP Product Marketing and Communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage product positioning and brand and communication strategy and lead the marketing and communication efforts for one of Opera’s browser products
  • Become a product ambassador and spread enthusiasm for the product
  • Manage product releases, web pages and application store listing for the product
  • Ensure a market driven roadmap by collecting market trends, competitive analysis and user feedback and deliver to product and engineering managers
  • Work with Creative, and deliver and optimize creative material for user acquisition teams

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 4 years of industry experience in marketing
  • Experience in market research, messaging, positioning, branding, creative development and campaign execution
  • Excellent written and oral English skills
