We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help us grow all aspects of our business, with a strong focus on improving conversion and monetization. You will be one of the key people in growing another big revenue stream for Opera.


Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities with prospective clients by targeting all verticals in European markets
  • Take ownership of the full sales cycle from generating leads, demonstrating the product, pricing, negotiation and closing
  • Build a strong pipeline of relevant opportunities to deliver against targets and ensure KPI's are met
  • Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of our product by working closely with our product, engineering and marketing teams
  • Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors

Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience within a similar sales role
  • Knowledge of the e-commerce industry
  • Proven track record of meeting targets in business development / new business environment
  • Excellent selling skills built on trust and reliability
  • Open-mindedness with an understanding of product challenges
  • Proven ability to identify and develop new business
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong networking abilities
