We are looking for a Gaming Marketing Intern to join the Opera GX Team.

As a Gaming Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in shaping the marketing aspect of our gaming products (Opera GX). This is a global role so you will be working across several markets. If you’re self-driven, ambitious and can demonstrate passion for the Gaming industry, then we believe this is a dream job for you.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Cooperate with Product, PR and Creative team to release new features
  • Run research studies to understand Opera GX users in relation to features usage
  • Translate product features into benefits for users
  • Follow and analyze trends and competitors
  • Work with various teams to implement relevant product changes for users
  • Work with PR agencies across the world, including hiring, briefing, evaluating the results etc.
  • Become the heaviest user of Opera GX browser ever to understand all the features in relation to users’ needs

Job Requirements:

  • A passion for gaming and an interest to understand the field
  • Deep understanding of Opera GX and it’s features
  • Great understanding of Gen Z audience
  • Native/Outstanding English, written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in working in an international environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Writing experience is a plus
