As a Market Researcher Intern you will play a crucial role in gathering insights and analyzing data to support our product strategy and decision-making process. Being part of our global Product Marketing team, this internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience in both quantitative and qualitative research methods while working closely with our team of professionals.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research to identify market trends, user preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Assisting in designing and implementing research studies, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and usability tests.
- Collecting and analyzing data from various sources to generate actionable insights.
- Compile insight analysis reports for internal use.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and align the product strategy accordingly.
- Project manage research initiatives and align stakeholders.
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators to measure the success of product initiatives.
- Contributing to the development of customer personas and user journey maps.
- Assisting in the creation of user surveys, questionnaires, and interview guides.
- Conducting data analysis using statistical software and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Supporting the team in preparing presentations, reports, and other deliverables.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging research methodologies.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in market research, business, psychology, statistics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in user research, market research, and product development.
- Familiarity with both quantitative and qualitative research methods and proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel or SPSS.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with attention to detail and strong organizational skills,
- Passion for technology and the mobile app industry.
An Ideal Candidate’s Profile:
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker Studio.
- Prior experience in market research or related fields.
